A modification of the Primary Series, this class will help you establish a strong foundation for Ashtanga, linking each breath with a specific movement. We will work through the postures in Surya Namaskar, Standing, Seated, and Finishing.
Self-Guided (Mysore - Style)

Inspired by the Ashtanga Mysore method, students are given the space to explore their own Ashtanga practice (traditional, modified or Rocket) with personal guidance from the facilitator.
